Once your return is delivered to our inspection facility, your refund is approved and issued to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, or Shop Pay) within 3 to 5 business days. Processing times may vary slightly depending on your banking provider.

Inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged during transit, or if you received the incorrect size or color, email customer support with a photo of the item. A replacement or full refund will be processed at zero additional cost.

We ship across the United States and select international regions. Standard and express delivery options, along with applicable shipping rates, are calculated transparently during the checkout process.

Changes to your delivery address, size/color selection, or order cancellations can be requested within 12 to 24 hours of placement before fulfillment begins. Contact support at support@somniapod.com with your order number as soon as possible to request modifications.

Once your order is processed and dispatched, an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link will be sent. You can monitor the real-time movement of your parcel directly via the carrier tracking page or our website's order lookup.
